YOUR CLUB NEEDS YOU - VOLUNTEERS
CAN YOU HELP
The Club has long relied on a group of volunteers to help with routine and itinerant tasks that arrive from time to time, i.e. ground keeping the gardens, trimming the roses and odd maintenance jobs that crop up from time to time. Over time, this group has dwindled to just a few due to natural attrition, loss of memberships and just time itself.
We have a lot of new members, Bowlers and Social Club members alike who may be able to volunteer or who have professsional skills that might be put to good use at the club.
For example, are you:
- Handy with your hands or DIY skills, i.e. a Mr Fixit that can do jobs not requiring a trade licence or ticket
- A professional - Plumber, Electrician or other trade that can assist the club with smaller tasks that arise from time to time (A Butcher a Baker a Candlestick maker!)
- An amateur caterer that can assist in the kitchen or with social functions
- Skilled in any way that might help the Club to function better or you just want to volunteer to help
If so, we would like to hear from you. Please get in touch with President John O'Brien in person, by email at johnobrienauditor@gmail.com or by phone (number available via members list on this website).
Kind regards Executive
